Nov 18, 2025 - Construction Begins on Bundle @ Kennispark in Enschede.
Construction has officially started on the first residential building in the Kennispark area. Designed to transform the public space, the building features a transparent and welcoming ground floor, a semi-public inner garden, and a U-shaped layout that encourages interaction and community.
With commercial and community spaces on the plinth and modular prefab timber residential units above, it marks an important step in creating a vibrant, sustainable new neighbourhood in Enschede.
